
I.C.I. Shopping Centers is owned and operated by members of the Levy family. The Company and its affiliates have developed Retail Properties in Canada and the United States. Specifically, in the Greater Metropolitan areas of both Toronto, Ontario and Tampa, Florida.
The strategy in Toronto has been to manage and grow existing assets, as well as find new development opportunities. Notable examples of this approach are the expanded 350,000 sq. ft. "Georgetown Marketplace", a recently completed 55,000 sq. ft. Project in Brampton's Heart Lake Community and the newly acquired 100,000 sq.ft. "Gates of York" Shopping Center in Newmarket, Ontario. Our Ontario Properties include such tenants as: Loblaws, Zellers, Wal-mart, Hy & Zells, Shoppers Drug Mart, Mcdonalds, LCBO, Brewers Retail, TD Canada Trust, Payless Shoes, Mac's Milk, Bank of Nova Scotia, Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Hallmark Cards, Brewers Retail, Blockbuster Video, Baskin & Robbins, and many others.
In Tampa, a presence has been established by focusing on small but highly visible retail projects in Premier locations. Beginning approximately 15 years ago with a few properties, I.C.I currenty has 29 properties in Florida with National and Regional Tenants such as: Kinko's, Supercuts, Verizion, Quizno's, Subway, RadioShack, Great Clips, Wachovia Bank, Sprint, Cingular Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Papa Johns Pizza, Dairy Queen, EB Games, GNC, Mattress Giant, The Mattress Firm, Pearle Vision, Pier I Imports, ExxonMobil, Signs Now, Storehouse Furniture, Norwalk Furniture, Castle Dental, Allstate Insurance, Century 21 Real Estate, Healthpointe Medical, Healthsouth, Starbucks, Alltell Communications, and many more.
